Sewer problems tend to show up as backups, foul odours or several fixtures draining slowly at once. We inspect the line, identify the fault and explain the repair options available for the situation.
Underground sewer lines can't be judged from the surface. A camera run through the line shows cracks, offset joints, root intrusion, bellied sections and blockages, and locates the fault along the run so any excavation is limited to where it's actually needed.
Sewer cleaning and backup service
Where the line is structurally sound but obstructed, cleaning the sewer may be enough to restore normal flow. Backups involving wastewater are handled carefully, and we look at whether a backwater valve or drainage change is worth considering afterwards.
Sewer line replacement
When a section is collapsed, severely corroded or repeatedly failing, replacement may be the appropriate option. We assess the depth, pipe material, length of the run and site conditions, then explain what full or partial replacement would involve before any work begins.
